No internet or WiFi on Plusnet since late last night so I phoned them up this morning and asked what was going on, apparently their whole system is down and they weren't able to help! Of course this is happening during Mercury retrograde 😂

If anyone is thinking of changing to Plusnet as a provider of broadband or landline I strongly urge against that . I am currently having an absolute nightmare trying to get them to restore a down service . Now over a week

Five evenings in a row now that my broadband - provided by @Plusnet - has been down, plus it was off for the entire weekend and, as yet, no explanation or apology from them. This is, I feel, shabby service.

Call me old-fashioned (I’m certainly old) but when your email and broadband service provider doesn’t respond for days of email outage, one might be inclined to think it somewhat rude, particularly having been a customer for THIRTY-TWO years. So, @Plusnet get your act together
