is @RoyalMail tracking not working via desktop but on mobile it is - not that it is updating and taking more than 48 hours which i paid for !

Can you tell me what is going on with your tracked services and when it will be fixed? Nobody can accept them, they wont scan! I only bought them this morning via click & drop why are you still allowing people to buy it if it's not working? And what can we do? @RoyalMailHelp

Explain this one @RoyalMailHelp please Changed my delivery to one of YOUR collection points. To then be told “the address was inaccessible”. HOW @Chaos_Cards please stop using the Royal Mail. Second time in a row they have let you and me down. No point pre ordering next time.

Well @RoyalMailHelp still blamed me for them losing my parcel you couldn’t write it, I escalated the complaint and they said they can’t find where down the line it was and I hadn’t packaged it properly they can stick it,to save them £70 cost them £2k, will use another courier 🖕🏻

Another day of chasing @RoyalMailHelp back down the road because it’s been put through the wrong door again!

Waiting for an important document sent via @RoyalMailHelp. Paid a fair bit for 24-hour posting, 10 days later it still hasn’t arrived. If it’s not here early next week, I won’t be able to register my marriage & will have to reschedule at a cost. I'll be £100 down. What can I do?

Looks like @royalmail @royalmailhelp has gone down the pan. Over 1 week since posting.. and so called 'special delivery' has still not been delivered. ( Lots of 'pending' notifications... which I understand is unsubtle code for 'the staff didn't turn up')

Service @RoyalMailHelp is an absolute disaster atm. Website down. 45 minutes on hold and then they closed phones. No response from X dms. Sent to delivery office and given opening times that were incorrect - changed in July. Shocking level of hapless service.

Is the @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp Track and Trace system down? I've entered three tracking numbers into the system (& yes, I have checked that I had them correct) and, for each one it has said that there is a problem & to try again.

.@RoyalMailHelp, to ensure my Dad's 94th Birthday present arrived on time I ordered a Track 48 collection with label from home. It got collected today but I've now received an email apologising that it was not collected. Does this mean it is now lost? Tracking no. is not working.

Hi @RoyalMailHelp I’m not quite sure why your post person thought it was a good idea, when it’s chucking it down with rain, to throw a cardboard box delivery, clearly for my birthday, over my garden fence. It’s sopping wet and fell apart as I picked it up. Cheers 🙄

If @RoyalMailHelp is closing down the post office in Hyde, will their collection service be reliable now? There is nowhere else around here without driving somewhere...and I don't drive.

Sent a small parcel of gifts with @RoyalMailHelp #RoyalMail from N.Ireland down to South of Ireland. Filled in the relevant customs declaration and answered honestly. In there was a free gift I received valued at £0.01. Customs @Postvox have refused the parcel claiming wrong

I see once again that @RoyalMailHelp tracking is not working this morning. Seriously @Ofcom when are you going to strip them of the USO.
