Hey @RoyalMailHelp. I just tried calling your customer service number. I choose the option for parcel tracking. I then got an automatic message saying the system was down for maintenance and my call was cut off! You really don't help customers do you?

What is going on with RoyalMail tracking? Not working for several days and a repeating probably not true response of "very busy high demand please wait" which is followed by an error message?

and now @RoyalMailHelp TRACKING is not working at all @Ofcom so folks you cannot track any item at all

is @RoyalMail tracking not working via desktop but on mobile it is - not that it is updating and taking more than 48 hours which i paid for !

Can you tell me what is going on with your tracked services and when it will be fixed? Nobody can accept them, they wont scan! I only bought them this morning via click & drop why are you still allowing people to buy it if it's not working? And what can we do? @RoyalMailHelp

Explain this one @RoyalMailHelp please Changed my delivery to one of YOUR collection points. To then be told “the address was inaccessible”. HOW @Chaos_Cards please stop using the Royal Mail. Second time in a row they have let you and me down. No point pre ordering next time.

Well @RoyalMailHelp still blamed me for them losing my parcel you couldn’t write it, I escalated the complaint and they said they can’t find where down the line it was and I hadn’t packaged it properly they can stick it,to save them £70 cost them £2k, will use another courier 🖕🏻

Another day of chasing @RoyalMailHelp back down the road because it’s been put through the wrong door again!
