Is Royal Mail down? ❌

If @RoyalMailHelp is closing down the post office in Hyde, will their collection service be reliable now? There is nowhere else around here without driving somewhere...and I don't drive.

Sent a small parcel of gifts with @RoyalMailHelp #RoyalMail from N.Ireland down to South of Ireland. Filled in the relevant customs declaration and answered honestly. In there was a free gift I received valued at £0.01. Customs @Postvox have refused the parcel claiming wrong

I see once again that @RoyalMailHelp tracking is not working this morning. Seriously @Ofcom when are you going to strip them of the USO.

Um excuse me @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp but after waiting over 20 mins to speak to someone on the phone and getting through and giving my details they put the phone down on me? That is unacceptable

Had an email saying there was no one in for my package (which I needed today) @RoyalMailHelp. I watched the guy on my cctv run down my path, shove two letters through the letterbox and then sprint back to his van. I couldn't catch him as I'm disabled. This all went down at 1.45pm

Has @RoyalMailHelp just given up providing the service people pay for. Currently running around town trying to track down a special delivery package they’ve delivered to a “nominated” collection point without telling me where that “nominated” point is.

Be wary when it comes to eBay purchases, ordered inkjet cartridges, and never received them, but the royal mail courier confirmed them as delivered. No refund from @RoyalMailHelp no support from @eBay_UK, sided with the seller. No refund from @PayPal = me £40 down and no support.

Every Monday every Monday when Businesses are processing their weekend orders, guarantee that @RoyalMailHelp @click_and_drop goes down, every week and yet never gets reported @Ofcom

FFS... @RoyalMailHelp It seems @click_and_drop is down completely now?! Grrrrr this website is so infuriating. When it works, it's great. But it's so glitchy and I don't have time for it not to be working properly!

May have got to the bottom of the @RoyalMailHelp issue. Just received a "sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel" card (nobody bothered to ring or knock), and the address is wrong. @royalmailnews, please make sure to use posties who can actually read road signs.

Anyone else finding @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp to be awful. I've been delivered 2 packages and they say they've been taken by me but haven't. No note or anything 🙄. Now time to hunt down my parcels 😡
