.@SkyHelpTeam the F1 race control is not working again and there are no on-boards for the Baku F1 FP1 session. I've lost count how many times this has happened this year! I have to repeat that for the extortionate costs of the subscription this is extremely poor service (@F1 )

Someone has mistakenly put down my address when switching their broadband and now my provider @SkyHelpTeam (who have been very good) say there’s nothing they can do from stopping it because of the new one touch switch service.
@Ofcom @WeAreOpenreach - how can this happen?

Ready to throw a table over after 30 pointless minutes on phone to @SkyHelpTeam and 6 weeks of my broadband not working properly. They keep saying it's going to be fixed and guess what? It never is. And furthermore, they can't compensate me in anyway because... it's never fixed.

Ok @SkyHelpTeam getting fed up with ongoing issues….WiFi max booster not working, connects for 5 mins then drops. Moved it closer to router to connect then goes again. Ongoing speed issue sitting with #openreach. What else can I do other than cancel the lot and go elsewhere?

I’m sure its just coincidence that I give notice to @SkyHelpTeam that I’m leaving and suddenly my internet goes down for the first time in two years at exactly the same time as their broadband tests also decide to stop working….

No phone signal all day from SkyMobile only to find out from their website it’s down to routine maintenance. As it’s routine it can’t be that difficult to notify customers beforehand. @SkyHelpTeam how do I claim compensation for no signal on all 5 of my phones
