Not at all impressed with @ThreeUK . Home broadband is down and apparently will be for 3 days due to maintenance work. Would have been nice to have been given some advance warning after spending an hour trying to re-set everything multiple times and then call in tech support.

What is wrong with the Internet today. Tried to switch to sky broadband and they say they can't find my account with onestream. Then try utilitywarehouse and their website isn't working. My 4g @ThreeUK , which I'm using as main Internet is down, is as slow as anything.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I’ve emailed multiple times about the 25 June outage. I missed urgent calls + paid £30 redelivery due to your network failure and couldn’t receive urgent calls. Im requesting full compensation for a month. Please respond or escalate this immediately. Thanks
