Is Three UK down?

Once again @ThreeUK is letting us down with rubbish signal to their home broadband router - I’ll repeat this every time it times out

What is wrong with the Internet today. Tried to switch to sky broadband and they say they can't find my account with onestream. Then try utilitywarehouse and their website isn't working. My 4g @ThreeUK , which I'm using as main Internet is down, is as slow as anything.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport how do we get your network to let phone calls actually to ring? After the network went down this seems to be a problem for all Three customers I have spoken to.

What’s going on with @ThreeUK lately. My network was down again today. Couldn’t make or receive calls! @ThreeUKSupport what’s happening? I’m seriously thinking of leaving you after a long time of being your customer. I couldn’t make a call today to book a doctor appointment!

Seems all UK mobile networks have gone down, no one can make or receive calls mobile to mobile. It’s definitely effecting @ThreeUK & @1pMobile

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I’ve emailed multiple times about the 25 June outage. I missed urgent calls + paid £30 redelivery due to your network failure and couldn’t receive urgent calls. Im requesting full compensation for a month. Please respond or escalate this immediately. Thanks

Tell ya what @ThreeUK have got to be up there with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced a week of trying to sort an issue then to be laughed at down a phone joke of a company!!

Grr @ThreeUK data has now just gone. I use a data sim as my wifi as can’t get phone line in to my flat. I know the network was down but the data was still working until 5 minutes ago. Not impressed - glad they are not my mobile provider
