Is it just me? Does anyone else currently have problems with @ThreeUK who cut my phone off even though I contacted them and thought I’d solved this with them several times this week. Being away from home hard enough sometimes without your phone being unreasonably disconnected

Incoming calls not working on @ThreeUK - no one in support can fix it. Told to get a new SIM, so went out and did that. 4 hours later, SIM card still not working. Now told that SIM activation is broken, so can't see if new SIM solves the original problem! @ThreeUKSupport

Can barely get a mobile signal in EH6. Internet is totally broken. Been like this since Friday night. Had to pay 7.99 for EE wifi for a day. Who do I contact to get a refund for this @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK ? You need to fix your service in this area NOW!

I think @ThreeUKSupport / @ThreeUK are having issues. Strong 5G signal on phone but can’t get anything to load, and if it does - it’s at snails pace.

Anyone else use @ThreeUK as their mobile provider, and are having issues with sending texts? For four days I've been unable to. And 4G is sporadic to say the least. They've always been reliant for me, for years. Tech side are unable to help....I'm suspecting storm damage to masts

.@ThreeUKSupport MANY thanks to your levels 1 and 2 tech support for sorting out the strange restriction and no Internet access on my 4G unlimited broadband. Case closed.

1) Yet again @ThreeUKSupport make it impossible for thier network to be used for business purposes, as yet again the network goes down for the entire day, making me once again needing to resort to ANOTHER NETWORK entierly, paying for the privilege, in order to get same service

I have no WiFi or Data @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK because of “network updates” for A WEEK how am I supposed to do anything? And your customer service has not been helpful at all! Never join @ThreeUK if you need reliable internet!

Really unimpressed with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - incorrectly charged £28 to my account, “glitch” in their system apparently. Took 60mins to get the credit applied so I didn’t have to pay and wait a refund for 90 days. Wanting customers to clean up their mistakes??

Anyone else having problems with @threeUK in Sussex or Hampshire? Driving 9ver to my mum and lost signal after Chichester and now in New Forest and it's still not back. 🧐 Thank goodness she has WiFi! 🤣

A huge shout out to @ThreeUKSupport & @NordVPN support. For a few days I was unable use my Mobile Data on my phone-it just wouldn't work. After numerous calls w/Three (to no avail) I decided to try turning my VPN off & testing my Mobile Data service. Issue resolved. But...

@ThreeUK Hi, I'm trying to access my account. Both online and via your phone line. Both say they need to send a security code via text to proceed, however, the code never comes through. I can't get through to anyone. how can this be resolved. Thanks

Hi @ThreeUKSupport / @ThreeUK How come you can send an email telling me my bill is ready, but you won’t let me log in to check it because you say the email address isn’t registered ??? I could log in 3 days ago with this email address without issue.

@javelinsam @ThreeUKSupport Well I’m near Stratford and the whole of east London with my Three SIM card has been the worst. There’s issues going on in the area with Three I’ve been with them for 11 years and will finally leave them in September

Hey @ThreeUK Absolutely terrible service the last 7-10 days! Constant disconnects & 'SIM failure' messages. Can't work properly! Faulty SIM? Need a fix & compensation ASAP! #ThreeUK #PoorService @ThreeUKSupport

Tl;dr: #threeuk @ThreeUK Can you go a day without breaking your service ?. You only just recovered from wide outage ontop of recent outage 3 weeks ago, and now long over due fault in my area.

Typical day for #threeUK, 100% signal 4G connected over Ethernet using cloudflare for DNS to bypass #Threeuk's low performance/laggy and yet in 2024 still cannot provide a reliable service despite being High-tech 4G, not wasting money on 5G as wouldn't solve this issue.

Alright @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Can we fix the network please, Mobile and Home Broadband have **** the bed. But I'm expected to pay top whack no compensation for service outages.

So it turns out that @ThreeUK think it’s perfectly fine to have identified issues with their service on 9 January but provide no proactive communications to their clients. The network status message gives no such information or the work apparently underway to fix it.
