Just had call from @UKPowerNetworks to warn re possible power cut; an excellent service. (Just one thing: when giving out reference number, how about "we will repeat this at the end of the message", and do so? Just giving it once doesn't really make it possible to take it down.)

Yet again @UKPowerNetworks letting everybody down. They’re supposed to be cutting power at 9am this morning so we can cut down a tree, traffic management in place, tree guys in place, UK Power Network failed to turn up again! What the **** is wrong with you people?

Further comment on the power outage earlier today. Checked with a relative half a mile away whose computer and internet crashed. Yet #ukpowernetworks seemed to think it was my home at fault rather than their supply. The outage which lasted over a minute is still not showing on

Hi @UKPowerNetworks - in the event of our planned power outage (INCD - 325540-U) lasting beyond 13.00 will you then provide our business a generator. @RidgeviewWineUK can cope with 3 - 4 hours of no power (just about) but no longer than that.
