So a very short cut earlier around 7/8pm and just now power outage (restored) across all the homes in the immediate area in Harrow. Weird. Check @UKPowerNetworks website for details.

Still without power @UKPowerNetworks funny how we’re affected after major works carried out recently on the new housing estate built on a cornfield down the lane, coincidence?

Great communication and service from @UKPowerNetworks this morning when an overhead line went down. Appreciate this won't happen for everyone, but an engineer rerouted power and restored it probably before some had even woken up to notice it had gone.

Hi @EE - yesterday evening we were impacted by a power outage. It affected a vast area & we noticed we had no signal whatsoever (our phones said 4G & 5G). We couldn’t check to see why the power went & @UKPowerNetworks had issued updates. What happens in cases like this?

With the power outage in herts last night, data and calls went down for a bit. How will we be able to inform @UKPowerNetworks or get help from 999 if all mobiles and landlines & power is down? Smoke signals? Interpretive dance? Your updates are great, if we can recieve them!
