Virgin media internet down again, why does this happen like once a week @virginmedia

Anyone else have a broadband outage in north Belfast with @virginmedia?? Mine has been told for about 40 mins

We got rid of BT for internet because they were **** when the service was down so we went with virginmedia after 2days of good service the ****** gone **** up 😡 Can anyone recommend a good internet provider that are good with after sale

Anyone else having a broadband outage in NW1 / NW5 with @virginmedia? They have said they can’t address the problems till Monday (after a week of barely any and now zero service).

VirginMedia internet service has been intermittently down for the past 48 hours in the London N14 area. No communication from @virginmedia even though they promised regular email updates. Phoned them again just now and they said the issue was fixed but now there is a new issue!

Virgin media broadband down again. According to their website it won't be back for a week (the 28th😞) seriously. Most expensive, least reliable.

My virgin tv has crashed and rebooting is not working, will have to call virgin media help line.....that's the rest of the week listening to hold music....

Hey @virginmedia, my GU51 broadband has been down since 3rd March, yet your status page says it's intermittent. I'm therefore not offered the opportunity for automatic compensation and I can't get through on the phone. No sign of any fix. Please help.

I cannot be the only one annoyed that Eurosport has been taken off @virginmedia with no compensation. We are still paying the same price for less channels. I used to watch TNT until that was taken away last year. The price goes up every year but the channel numbers go down.

My @virginmedia Internet has been down most of the afternoon but they are fixing it. In the meantime my doorbell doesn't work and I can't turn on my hot water or heating (luckily don't need to). Not so smart without Internet access now eh?
