Had such hopes of the @virginmedia TV360 upgrade but becoming a sick joke with a massive outage last Friday, apps now not working properly and no hope of ever getting a human being on the 'phone to provide any help - and never an apology or a discount either

#virginmedia live tv outage... my poor dog got pretty much all of the blame until I couldn't find any pulled out leads or dodgy (not a pun) cables, so relieved that everyone elses evening was screwed up viewing wise and that it wasn't personal against me lol..

#virginmedia transmission is down in MK42 - impossible to watch. I pay a fortune for this service to watch my team and it's impossible to watch. Also tried the check reception page and it doesn't recognise my account! What is going on?
