Virgin Media broadband is down and out in parts of South Dublin. Expected to be fixed at 12:30pm 😕🙄. No heads up about engineering works. 5G is not good either, so without service again. Another fed up customer.

My @virginmedia internet service in Maidenhead has been down since 11pm last night. Still not working and service update now says 2 days (!) to be fixed. Not good enough.

.@VirginMedia broadband down for 29 hours so far. Wife has had to pay £20 to go work in her office today. Weekend of football and F1 to watch. 😩 Looking forward to my contract ending and moving to @CommunityFibre.

And there goes my @virginmedia blipping again, cable, internet and landline down. Fortunately was back again within about ten minutes, but this has happened for varying lengths of time several times this year, so it gets a bit annoying.

Customer service at @virginmedia is non-existent, trying to add a service online (a stream box) and it is not working, so I resorted to phoning 0345 454 1111, which throws one into a daft automated service that endlessly loops, asking the same things. 43 minutes wasted prior to
