lots of scam calls claiming to be from @virginmedia saying there are errors on your internet ... I asked them what my name was and they put the phone down on me Please don't give any information and DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYDESK if they ask you Please virginmedia put a warning out

Virgin Media broadband is down and out in parts of South Dublin. Expected to be fixed at 12:30pm 😕🙄. No heads up about engineering works. 5G is not good either, so without service again. Another fed up customer.

My @virginmedia internet service in Maidenhead has been down since 11pm last night. Still not working and service update now says 2 days (!) to be fixed. Not good enough.

Dear @virginmedia Internet's been down 13 hours now, even more unacceptable than it was yesterday. No overnight back up's running, no access control, no phones, no heating control, no CCTV, no joke!
