What’s going on @virginmedia - internet outage close to 48 hours! And now seeing so many people affected by the same issue on X. Spoke to customer service - all they said was they will call back in the morning to check. This is UNACCEPTABLE service. Help would be appreciated.

3 days in a row my internet goes down between 6-8 pm. @virginmedia Then miraculously comes back after 20 mins or so. This has only been happening since you forced the phone change over. I am sick to the back teeth. Your AI assistant is utter trash too btw.

Honestly virgin media WiFi is a joke We're paying like 50 pound a month and every day it's not working The past hour I've been using my mobile data Wtf @virginmedia And we actually upgraded the WiFi speed and ever since it's been very poor.
