OK @virginmedia I have been using my/your e mails during the day I switched my laptop down to go to the supermarket NOW I can`t get back into my e mails and need to contact my family

I was happily using @virginmedia as broadband without issues. Migrated to @VodafoneIreland broadband and what a regret. Internet went down today 5 times. I guess I need to gather all the info I can to fight the contract and move back.
