Is Vodafone UK down? ❌

Just wasted an hour of my life trying to get @VodafoneUK to fix my Internet. Worst service ever and it's still not fixed...mickey mouse company.

Hi @VodafoneUK Is 4g down in the Enfield area? My phone says I have 4g but nothing is working until I log into wifi.

Our @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi has been down since Saturday afternoon. Does anyone in Cambridge have any idea what’s happening?

I had 6 years of great internet connection with @VodafoneUK - moved to an area where they don’t serve, forced to go with @SkyHelpTeam and it is almost unusable - DNS errors, intermittent service - can’t get any work done and this trash router is about to go out the window.

Hej @VodafoneUK . What you playing at! My home broadband was down last night and again this morning. Now my mobile has no signal. ZERO. I have had to use a friend’s WiFi to post this. And you have the nerve to put your prices up. RUDE!

.@VodafoneUK No service for hours today, despite phone showing 4G and a healthy signal. Understand this is because you don't maintain the masts, and has caused service blackouts for days. I live in Brighton, 50 miles from London. 🤷‍♀️ How do you plan to rectify this?

Disgusted in the lack of support we’ve received from @VodafoneUK after signing a broadband contract and then being left with no internet for over a month. Not ideal when we live in a village that has no phone signal or service and we both work from home.

So I call @VodafoneUK about my WiFi not working, the Indian lady, who hasn't understood a word I've said, says 'ill send a booster out to you' (I'm in the same room as the router). I still haven't received it. I disconnect from WiFi and get a email about my bill being increased.

Once again @VodafoneUK broadband is down. This is the third time since December. Somebody remind me why I agreed a two year contract with this company.

Bought a local sim @vodafone_es in Spain recently, and they told me it will work in EU/UK as free roaming Now I am in uk, the Vodafone sim is not working, when I called customer support they said the company gave me wrong sim and roaming will not work. @VodafoneUK

Today problems again with my @VodafoneUK broadband. An outage that lasted over an hour, &then when restored had all the hassle of doing a hard reset etc. so more time lost. This on the day I receive an email advising I will be paying an extra 7.9% from next month @MartinSLewis

Hey @VodafoneUK wanna fix your 8 hours ive been going back & fourth with your "experts" aboit fixing my broadband & i'm still 8 hours later only got 1ms download & 0.5ms upload. I refuse to pay my bill anymore until i get the speeds i pay for!

Any other @VodafoneUK customers almost constantly on Edge service since the 3G switch off? Not a temporary issue and widespread.

I had a bit of a moan about @VodafoneUK signal keep dropping out the other day. But I gotta say the customer service I just received from Alex with regards to upgrading my phone was second to none. Credit where it’s due. Signal still an issue thou 😂

Anyone else having real problems with @VodafoneUK since they switched off 3G? Used to be great coverage. Now pants and regularly drops calls. Will move elsewhere now after 20 years with them. Disappointing.

@VodafoneUK I have been having issues with phone calls, texting, mobile data and WiFi calling since last night. Is there an issue please?. I checked the network status and there is nothing on. But my phone is not letting me do anything. I'm currently connected to my home WiFi.
