Still completely without internet from YouFibre since 16 Dec. No updates, no timeline, no support - even had a rep hang up on me. I work from home and this outage has left me unable to do my job. This is unacceptable. @youfibre @JeremyChelot

So @youfibre has been down since the start of F1! (About 4am) And having a #skyglass tv means.... yep nothing to watch.
My contract is going up by 20% in a few weeks..... ๐.

So my internet is down @youfibre and you donโt answer your phones so I attempt to use the chat, but this is telling me your team is at capacity and I canโt use this either. How do I report an issue and know whatโs happening? Really poor!!!

Hey @youfibre, I cut you guys some slack on this in the early days but you should be a mature service by now.
How can I:
- check for known outages in my area and whether they're expected
- report an outage if I'm experiencing one (I am)
- track progress to resolution

So it seems like @youfibre / @netomnia are going to be connecting me to their network and offering up to 8 Gbps symmetrical internet (I'm currently on 900 down 100 up). Anyone got any experiences?

The coordinator works from home and uses @youfibre for internet. There was an outage recently - the communications from @youfibre have actually been really good (and we're back online now!)

My @youfibre internet appears to be down, for the first time in 18 months since I've been with them. Tried restarting the ONT and Eero router to no avail so I guess it's a supply problem. Hopefully fixed soon.

Hi @JeremyChelot my parents experiencing massive disruption in service with youfibre. There has been an install issue and nobody has any updatem service has been down since Monday. Not very good service from the team!!!
