My @youfibre internet appears to be down, for the first time in 18 months since I've been with them. Tried restarting the ONT and Eero router to no avail so I guess it's a supply problem. Hopefully fixed soon.

Hi @JeremyChelot my parents experiencing massive disruption in service with youfibre. There has been an install issue and nobody has any updatem service has been down since Monday. Not very good service from the team!!!

Hello @youfibre my internet is down AGAIN & your phone lines are hanging up on everyone on our street. Several times we have been left with no WiFi over 24 hour periods, now an absolute p!ss take. 🎪

Youfibre down 1 hour now. No customer service to speak to as it closes at 8pm (coincidentally same time as my broadband went down - maybe they hit the wrong off button when turning off the office lights!) @youfibre #bored
