There seems to be a technical issue with @hotelscomhelp . When you book a hotel under your account and send the itinerary to a friend's email address, thinks the reservation was rather made by your friend, not you... Anyone experienced this issue?

Very disappointed with the @hotelscomhelp. Double booked due to an issue on their site not confirming and now they will not refund or change dates. It was a website issue
