For the billing record @FLOWJamaica and I will be keeping a close eye on this, despite the fact that your service was restored in my area, as of December 12, service to my account had not been restored as lines are still down on my street. @TheOURja

Day 3 of no service @FLOWJamaica. I know there is an outage in my area, but why is my home phone tellng me to contact customer care because my service is suspended and my bill was PAID?! Went in store 2x this week & nothing!
Either give me back my sevice & a rebate or cancel it!
