Liquid Web's customer service has gone down the drain within the last few years. I don't know how they can claim to be managed web hosts. The service is terrible for a company that only offers expensive VPS and above.

I wish I could recommend @LiquidWeb for hosting but when my server is down on a weekly basis without a heads-up, and they take hours to "investigate" when it's the same fix every time, they're not exactly inspiring confidence.
