MLB TV was down on Opening Day two weeks ago. It’s currently down again on Jackie Robinson Day. Two of the most important dates of the season. At this point @MLBTV y’all gotta fire whoever runs engineering.

If you have @MLBTV and access it via AppleTV and it’s not working, try changing the AppleTV’s time zone to EST. This is what @MLBFanSupport had me do just now and my service was restored. Apparently it’s a known issue that they are working on but for some reason don’t feel it’s

So just got an email from @MLBTV apologizing for the outage on opening day. Their offer is $10 off $25+ order from mlb shop. So to make up for it not working, I now have to spend money to use their “apology offer?”

MLB finally acknowledged the @MLBTV Opening Day outage. Got an email saying "technical issue yesterday" - the problem was two days ago - wanting me to spend more money with them, so they can give a discount on an unrelated purchase. Would have preferred just a sincere apology.
