oh **** pldt cut off my internet das why my wifi was down since yesterday… 😭 YAWAAAAAAAA they didn’t give me a heads-up i didn’t even receive my bill???

Is @PLDT_Cares unresponsive? Our service has been down since Friday afternoon and they've been unreachable and incapable of providing support through their Facebook or Twitter channels for days. We'd really appreciate at least being informed of what's going on.

It usually takes 2-3 days for PLDT to fix internet connection issues. And they NEVER issue any rebates/credits for the additional cost you incur when their net is down. Any decent and reliable ISP in GENSAN area that you can recommend?
