Is PLDT down? ❌

Hi @PLDT_Cares I can't dm you. I'd like to raise a concern about an outage that's been happening for almost 2 weeks. Could you send me a dm first? The outage that your agents keep on telling us is causing so much inconvenience. Please fix your service.

My first day back to work after the trip in a nutshell: - Drama in one of my projects - PLDT outage in my area - Smart Mobile data isn't working as well (had to go out)!!! - The only coworking space I go to is closed for renovations (so had to work in a cafe) - Earthquake

My internet connection has been down since this morning. I was told to wait for 2 hours for it to be restored. It has been 6 hours 😭 @PLDT_Cares

There’s seriously something wrong with PLDT. Our internet connection was down since Sunday (10-Nov) & it seems like the current outage is affecting a larger area. Small scale businesses and wfh employees are amongst the most affected by this inconvenience! What the heck!

Dear @PLDT_Cares, is there an outage in our area? Our Fiber connection has been extremely slow in the past 24 hours or so. It has been practically useless because nothing is loading at all. Hope you can respond. Thanks.

Why is our wifi not working? @ConvergeSupport. I'm not quite sure what is the reason as we actually pay our bills in advance. We are also unable to contact your Customer Support. Absolute poor service! no better than pldt. I hope there were better service providers in ph.

Our home internet has been down since yesterday afternoon due to the typhoon. I've had to buy more mobile data from my plan and hotspot my whole household with my weak signal. I never expected PLDT techs to be working on our issues during a typhoon, of course. Stay safe, friends!
