It usually takes 2-3 days for PLDT to fix internet connection issues. And they NEVER issue any rebates/credits for the additional cost you incur when their net is down. Any decent and reliable ISP in GENSAN area that you can recommend?

Hello @PLDT_Cares our internet connection went red lights for a second then we I reboot the modem as basic t&s, our internet connection went down to 100mbps down even if our plan is 400mbps, are there any service interruptions in our area? Let me know.

I switched to Globe from PLDT a few days ago because of recurrent internet outage. After a few days internet was down. Never experienced this in the US. I wish we Filipinos would get a better service from our internet providers. @enjoyGLOBE @bongbongmarcos @iamMVP
