Realize I’m shouting into the void here but PLDT has been mostly down in the past 72 hours and there’s basically no longer a way to access support like before. @PLDT_Cares is just a broken AI Agent now. Has anybody here recently been able to figure out how to reach a human from?

To all telcos (@DITOphofficial, @enjoyGLOBE, @pldt @LiveSmart): Please also deploy free charge, free wifi and free call in Sto. Domingo, Albay. The internet signal is intermittent to weak. A certain telco also bar down.

My wifi been down for almost 2 weeks now🙄 Converge has been unresponsive to my complain😏 Decided to apply for pldt but it's been 3 days, no one's showing up at my door. Tsk tsk I'm using globe data but it's ****** asfuq. My 90 year old grandma functions faster than globe data😡
