Good day, Since 5:00 PM yesterday, our internet connection has been completely down. The modem is continuously blinking red (LOS light), and despite troubleshooting, the issue remains unresolved. We urgently need the internet connection restored as soon as possible. Please do the necessary checks and repairs immediately. Thank you for your prompt action.
