Is PLDT down? ❌

dear @PLDTHome / @pldt is there another way to report? @PLDT_Cares does not reply back. my landline is attached to my modem that's currently not working, can't call 171.

I switched to Globe from PLDT a few days ago because of recurrent internet outage. After a few days internet was down. Never experienced this in the US. I wish we Filipinos would get a better service from our internet providers. @enjoyGLOBE @bongbongmarcos @iamMVP

I thought PLDT's fault again but it turns out FB is currently down

Our PLDT internet line has been down almost a month now, reported online 2x, nothing. Do I do the old-fashioned visit to actual PLDT ofc to report? Should I stop paying dues? Do I consider terminating subscription? 🙄 @PLDTHome @PLDT_Cares

A thread of how @PLDTHome @PLDT_Cares is not providing the service clients are paying for @DtiPhilippines For 3 years now, PLDT is either giving slow internet speeds (way below the agreed mbps in the contrac) or there is always an outage in Proj 8 QC area

Still no internet, more than 24 hours now. @PLDT_Cares @PLDTHome @pldt Can you guys please let us know when the next monthly internet outage will be for December so that we can prepare?

Hi @PLDT_Cares I can't dm you. I'd like to raise a concern about an outage that's been happening for almost 2 weeks. Could you send me a dm first? The outage that your agents keep on telling us is causing so much inconvenience. Please fix your service.

My first day back to work after the trip in a nutshell: - Drama in one of my projects - PLDT outage in my area - Smart Mobile data isn't working as well (had to go out)!!! - The only coworking space I go to is closed for renovations (so had to work in a cafe) - Earthquake

There’s seriously something wrong with PLDT. Our internet connection was down since Sunday (10-Nov) & it seems like the current outage is affecting a larger area. Small scale businesses and wfh employees are amongst the most affected by this inconvenience! What the heck!

Dear @PLDT_Cares, is there an outage in our area? Our Fiber connection has been extremely slow in the past 24 hours or so. It has been practically useless because nothing is loading at all. Hope you can respond. Thanks.

Why is our wifi not working? @ConvergeSupport. I'm not quite sure what is the reason as we actually pay our bills in advance. We are also unable to contact your Customer Support. Absolute poor service! no better than pldt. I hope there were better service providers in ph.

I cant believe my wifi is down right now and im using mobile data for this moment. Oh, pldt. I'm switching prepaid after this. 💀
