#AmericanAirlines flight #AAL1646/#AA1646 operated by #AmericanAirlines from #FortMyers to #Charlotte is squawking 7700. The aircraft is an #Airbus A321-200 with registration #N191UW. Crew has declared emergency and descended indicating a possible pressurization issue.

Cool work of your app @AmericanAir - selected flight and selected seats. App crashed. Tried to book again and flight went up over $200. Luckily @Delta didn’t have the same issue 🤷‍♂️

I see @AmericanAir is making it impossible to get a refund by talking to a human being for paid WiFi not working on a flight. This should be simple. Also, clean your planes.. the whole bathroom smelled like ****

I was supposed to go to DFW for a 3 day conference. Paid for an extra training session. But @AmericanAir is the worst. One day down the drain. Working on day 2 of delays.

Big THANK YOU to @AmericanAir. I was having issues with flight change that started when they cancelled a flight home, but they went above and beyond to accommodate the times we needed to fly. Airlines catch all sorts of 💩, so it’s nice to brag on them for a change.

Hi @AmericanAir I need to speak with someone because I have been stuck in LAS for 9 hours due to a maintenance issue. I’ve been rebooked twice and now having to spend the night in another city and not getting home until tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

Hey @AmericanAir please fix your computer systems. This is two CONSECUTIVE flights where the system kicked me out of my seat and I was told I can’t board my plane. This is a great way to treat your customers

Major fail, @AmericanAir. Late departure from DFW but OOPS, someone forgot to tell LEX, which CLOSED at midnight. American then dumps us off at SDF at 1 am. The worst is the lie that there was an "outage" at LEX and they didn't know they would close before our arrival. I call BS.

The flight attendant just said “it’s going to be even hotter on the plane after we close the doors because the generator is down and I know that’s not what we’re looking for”. But I bet you’re still looking for the same $ for the flight. #95degrees #americanair #flight3813

With @AmericanAir they ***** it, you pay! A maintenance issue delay my flight to Philadelphia. They offered me a hotel and they are offering me one that is 50 miles away from the airport. The flight to Miami leaves at 5 am tomorrow!

Lost an entire travel day thanks to @AmericanAir continually pushing the flight back a grand total of 7.5 hours and counting due to a “mechanical issue” that they’ve known about since 6:30 this morning But thank *** for their generous $12 meal ticket!!!! Got an $11 parfait

Flight delayed. Had to recheck baggage. $150 extra. @AmericanAir offered a flight credit of $25 to compensate us for the extra charge and 24 hour mechanical problem delay. Crazy! Sad!

Really @AmericanAir, I call to upgrade my return flight from Paris and lose my upgrade on my outbound flight that was paid for earlier. Agent says they can’t do anything because it is a system problem.

Hey @AmericanAir , I'm experiencing some issues with the mobile app check-in. Keeps crashing when I try to check in for my flight. It caused me to lose an upgrade option, and even after multiple customer calls, I'm still unable to upgrade. Can you please assist? Thanks!

awful service from @AmericanAir in Dallas. Order everyone off the plane due to a mechanical issue , then magically it’s a “weather issue” . Make everyone wait in line for hours just to tell them they have to make their own hotel arrangements. I expect better.

Does @AmericanAir do this on your searches too? When you're logged into the AA site, it shows fairs in the main cabin, but then has a drop down with a different set of fairs and classes, why?

Last month I flew to hnd from lax with my tv not working for more than half the trip and purchased WiFi that didn’t work and @AmericanAir did nothing about it after I submitted 2 emails hopefully tomorrow will be a better day 😐 #PremiumEconomy #AA #AmericanAirlines

Hey @AmericanAir if flight 613 is cancelled just tell us. We went from 11:30 to 1 to 3 to 3:40 to 6pm. If the maintenance issue turns into a pilot/crew time out issue, you know now. Tell us. I have a film crew waiting for me in KY (lol) but others have childcare issues. Be human!

How is @AmericanAir still in business? Hands down, I have never had worse customer service. Their employees in the airport are beyond slow. They say get faster service by using their app or website but the app is garbage but I can see why with 2+ hour phone wait.

Hey @AmericanAir, re Ref# 1-33630703917: I'm very aggravated. 3 departments have told us "Not our job" when it *definitely* is. The issue was 3 (!) months ago. To tweet this I had to log on while on X detox. Make it stop or I'll write a book about airline monopoly capitalism.

FINALLY ON THE PLANE AND THEY REPORT WE HAVE MECHANICAL ISSUES AND NOW HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT FOR GROUND CREW TO FIX IT. @AmericanAir has provided horrible customer service and support this whole time. I just want my bed and the many books I need to read.
