Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps can you get the internet up and running in Chatham, Ontario. I'd call, but your tech seems to only be around until 11pm. We had an outage here a week or two ago.

That's wild, internet just went down and @cogeco doesn't have 24hr support. Amazing, guess I'll be shopping around because what provider does not have 24hr technical support these days? Even @xplore_ca and @Bell have it.

Alright @cogeco it’s been since 5:47am… you pay people to be knocking at our doors past business hours and on weekends to promote for you .. but can’t get services up and running after a power outage that was solved at 7:30am? @cogecohelps

Have no cable right now due to an error at the @cogeco outlet store. Called & apparently it will take 2 days to send a signal to my cogeco box. How ridiculous! @cogecohelps Why 2 days when all you have to do is send signal. Maybe I should transfer my services elsewhere

Any1 else's @cogeco internet been down since like 1030 am this morning? Website says no outage but there definitely seems to be one.... 🤷‍♂️ went end of windsor

Is there an issue with Cogeco email? I have not been able to send/receive all morning (over 7 hours now) Website states there are no outages?? @cogecohelps nothing is communicated through this platform either.

We are aware of #Cogeco mail server issues impacting #Cogeco #email services. Reports of email outage are from residential customers.

Dear @cogeco Disconnecting my internet with no warning & scheduling a technician to come out 2 days from now is flatly unacceptable. Interference on the line is a YOU problem & it should have been fixed today instead of leaving me with NO internet while I’m studying for an exam.

I can't watch CBS SN because my cable network says I'm not subscribed. Somehow in the past week I lost all my extra sports channels to some technical system issue @cogeco but I can't watch it and support won't do anything bc "it's not technical, it's account" and it's late.

Has anyone ever tried to escalated a problem to Cogeco. Its next to impossible to get any help. Terrible cable quality and good luck getting any service @cogeco
