Is Rogers down? ❌

Another day, another #Rogers internet outage, another trip to Twitter to see everyone's rage.

As much as I seriously appreciate the support, tonight is not it… there’s nothing that I hate more than **** NOT WORKING. 1.5GB internet my ***- I had better connection on 60 mbs what the **** is this @Rogers I’ll figure this out soon. #RumbleTakeover

Just had Roger come install my new internet and camara at my place and the tech said sorry I can’t install it after 30 minutes said outage can’t do anything. @Rogers Monopoly at its finest.

Ok @Rogers brand new Ignite Internet customer here and I’ve been on hold for more than 6 hours this week trying to get my issues resolved. Beyond frustrated with your level of service in addressing my issues. How do I cancel so I can give Bell a shot at getting it right?

My internet is not working…….. @Bell count your days!!!! It’s a wrap. I’m calling Rogers right after this tweet. I’ve had enough on your overpriced BS service.

Terrible service from @Rogers. Pay crazy amounts of money per month for constant outages, minimal compensation for a long time and loyal customer. No more. I’m done with you. The most recent interaction was the final straw. 3 services and 20 years later time to go elsewhere. 1/2

You know what’s annoying? That I cannot watch the @BlueJays home opener at the Rogers Centre because my @Rogers internet has been experiencing outages for a few days and no one has done anything to fix it 🤬

Called @rogers a few days ago to confirm no internet contract. Rep said no. Installed Bell. Called today to cancel, rep says I have contract.Escalated to manager, said can't wave $15/month to end of contract.He said rep was mistaken. Should have asked for proof. Check recordings!

I live in the boonies, so I'm stuck with @xplore_ca as my internet provider. Service goes down for a day at least once a month, and their support group (not in Canada) has no clue what to do to fix it. But it gets worse! Now @Rogers has bought them! What a disaster......
