Got to give it to @skytv @SkyHelpTeam reported a broadband issue yesterday, engineer booked, attended and fixed within 24 hours! Credit where credit is due thats great service!

Anyone else experiencing lip sync problems with @skytv the last few days. It's annoying. I've tried adjusting the oms like suggested but to no avail. @SkyHelpTeam .

Since the issues with data with @SkyHelpTeam a week or so ago, the data is still awful, and the WiFi at home l is also not working as well as it used to. Anyone recommend any other networks? Had so much trouble with sky over the last few years think it’s time to change.

Have a @SkyHelpTeam planned phone call today to discuss the ongoing issues with our mobiles. As you can see, once again phone are not working. Since 4th April, we've been out of action 15/16 days with the rest of the days it only works intermittently, Shocking service

Tried to cancel our broadband last week and was told there was a glitch in the system., what is going on @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK someone was meant to phone back and I’m still waiting! Not good for someone whose been a customer for over 18years

Still can’t get @discoveryplus on sky even though I have @tntsports. How many more times do I have to ring @SkyHelpTeam before this issue gets resolved. Must be half a dozen times already. Absolute 💩💩💩

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - my wife (on my account) has no mobile data since your issues last week. Ordered a replacement sim which arrived today and has been activated but still no mobile data.

Well still no wifi. I have a @SkyUK engineer here and it looks like a fault in the lines which is a @WeAreOpenreach issue so now I’m probably gonna have to wait ages for them to fix it! I’m so over this!! 😭😤🤬

Cannot even phone @SkyHelpTeam SkyMobile down for at least the 3rd time in a few weeks - unacceptable.

Any updates on the outage in East Devon @SkyHelpTeam? Went down just after 3pm yesterday. 3 kids doing online homework last night after their 1st day back at school after the holidays was interesting only using 4G! It took ages.

Day 3 of my phone not working unless on wi-fi. No communication from @SkyHelpTeam #skymobile not even an acknowledgement of an issue text or the standard “we are working hard to fix things” - just silence leading people to believe there may be an issue with their handset 🙄

I had 6 years of great internet connection with @VodafoneUK - moved to an area where they don’t serve, forced to go with @SkyHelpTeam and it is almost unusable - DNS errors, intermittent service - can’t get any work done and this trash router is about to go out the window.

Another day with #SkyMobile data not working. Completely incompetent network. Gonna be a fun day without maps, any social media or the ability to download mobile tickets to get into venues. Yeah nice one Sky. Seeee ya never again 👋 @SkyHelpTeam

#skymobile To fix the data issue on a iPhone do this, it worked on both my contracts, why has @SkyHelpTeam not posted this I will never know. Settings > mobile data > mobile data network > reset .Turn phone on and off and it work.

How am I still not able to use data @SkyHelpTeam . 48 hour outage is beyond a joke, especially when I am away from my family and can’t FaceTime/ message them!

Thing is I had no issue @SkyHelpTeam yesterday whatever "fix" you did messed me up today been away had no google maps, no TFL or Oyster access & no free WiFi to contact or log into My Sky app to try & sort it had nothing since 6am this morning & still not back! #Dangerous

So Sky Mobile is still not working, >2 days after I noticed it was off, and >1 day since @SkyHelpTeam said it was all fixed.

About to order @giffgaff Sim @SkyHelpTeam you're lack of action over this outage is appalling, updates are vague and nothing about an ETA or goodwill being offered. Your TV can get cancelled next also

#skymobile @SkyHelpTeam I know technology fails occasionally but I don’t recall any service being down for so long without any sort of proper explanation or a timeline of when it might be fixed. I dread to think how much work I may have lost.

ℹ Sky Mobile We're sorry some customers are still experiencing issues with their Sky Mobile services. A fix was implemented yesterday which restored services for the majority of impacted customers. We're working hard to resolve this for anyone still experiencing issues.
