.@PLDT_Cares this is getting out of hand. Everyday for the past two weeks our internet connection has either completely dropped or we’d get intermittent and slow service. How many tickets do we have to raise for this issue to be addressed?

Work from home, it's hot outside, our electric bill is rising, and @PLDT_Cares just need to join the party. No internet.. this is why work from home is almost always frustrating.
