Spent over 45 minutes trying to talk to UberEats support to try to fix order for a diner. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with @UberEats and disconnected twice and transferred 5 times. They cancelled the order and compensated me $5. I made less than $7/hr & diner gets no food.

refrain from using @McDonaldsUK app for McDelivery ‼️‼️ part of our order was missing - the burger of someones meal leaving them with fries and a drink and there is no where to get a refund or any help. finally got through to @UberEats who refused to issue a refund. RIDICULOUS!

After failing several times to order via mr d, I tried ubereats. The money left my account but there's no active order on the app. No invoice in my gmail. I guess only tentoeight will tell if I will taste solid red meat today 😭

What is happening with @UberEats @ubereats_uk? After @Deliveroo destroyed itself with bad drivers that were always being wrong orders, I now see the same issues with Uber Eats. A steady but surely decline in service. Are there any alternatives out there?

Never, ever, in a million years use @UberEats. Your food will come in 90 minutes and be ice cold,and @Uber_Support will say "sorry not our problem."
