Ohh I’m going back to Verizon for my tv service @optimum horrible… talking about some outage I ain’t never had that happen when I had Verizon!!! Now my WiFi or TV won’t work !!!

Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.

Hey @OptimumHelp your internet outage took our fire alarm offline, and as a result our entire building is having to listen to an annoying alarm. Really hope we don’t have a fire in the building.
