Another @GetSpectrum outage planned ahead of time without informing me the customer. Got a $20 discount for next month. Next time it doubles.

For the love of *** @GetSpectrum fix your ******* internet. I have been without a reliable connection for over a week while working on a commission entirely involving networking. Is $50/month not enough for you?? I'm almost out of ******* mobile data because of this ****.

What the **** is going on with ISPs in DFW? Spectrum internet has been down for five days where I live without any updates. I looked into Frontier, and apparently their entire communications have been down for two days and they can't take customers or service existing ones.

Spectrum DVR not working: "Currently it is in the middle of the Upgrade which is causing intermittent, playback, buffering Issues, we apologize fort the inconvenience and working to enhance this for the best. The work is on Progress and takes a few more days at least 7-10 days."

Suggestion to @GetSpectrum Maybe don't advertise 'customer loyalty offers' in your app while we're checking on a five hour Internet outage for the second time in as many weeks.

100% BS My CBS FROZE AT 2:07 EDT on Spectrum cable. I tried to stream through Spectrum app. Froze! Had to load the CBS sports app to watch the Masters no issues. What are they hiding?

I absolutely love how my spectrum internet has been randomly disconnecting since the outage on the 8th. Tech sent to fix it, still crashing. At this point it’s a quality problem. I’m so done paying for services that aren’t working. 🙄

There is a @GetSpectrum internet service outage. What does spectrum tell us? Use the app to watch TV. If there is no internet, how do we watch TV on the app? Not everyone has unlimited data.

@Ask_Spectrum Internet has been down for most the day. We have rebooted and unplugged both the router and modem multiple times. Do not want to have to do that on the phone. It comes up for a minute and then goes down
