I first called @Ask_Spectrum at 1:20 p.m. CST today to report a complete outage of both internet and cable. I was told at first there was no outage. Later, was told it would be fixed by 3:30. Now, maybe 8:00 a.m. Unacceptable.

What the **** is going on with ISPs in DFW? Spectrum internet has been down for five days where I live without any updates. I looked into Frontier, and apparently their entire communications have been down for two days and they can't take customers or service existing ones.

Spectrum DVR not working: "Currently it is in the middle of the Upgrade which is causing intermittent, playback, buffering Issues, we apologize fort the inconvenience and working to enhance this for the best. The work is on Progress and takes a few more days at least 7-10 days."

Suggestion to @GetSpectrum Maybe don't advertise 'customer loyalty offers' in your app while we're checking on a five hour Internet outage for the second time in as many weeks.
