This constant outages are killing the vibe. 3 times today alone I was streaming and playing COD Zombies, my internet kicked me out and lost everything. Now I have to wait like 3 days to get back my schematics. @Afrihost & @CallofDuty fix your shxt in order, we pay a lot of money

Afrihost you have been the absolute worst service provider! I can’t wait to switch. I’ve been having network issues since the day I got fibre here. At first it was my cellphone only now it’s my laptop & TV 😭

WARNING - do not use @Afrihost . I have had no internet for a week now, and they have done nothing to solve it. They blame Vumatel, Vumatel blame them, they keep marking my ticket resolved and I have to call in multiple times a day to follow up with no resolution in sight

Got back home and my wifi was not working. Used the call me back feature on the @Afrihost app at 18:55. • 19:04 got a call back from them •19:10 my wifi was working again. I love it when companies give good service. When they do wrong we will also make noise about it.

To say I’m that I’m utterly disappointed with both @Afrihost @Afrihost_Status and @vumatel is an understatement, today is exactly 8days since the outage n me being treated like I don’t pay, you debited the acc in full on time yet you can not fix the internet.
