Man @BankofAmerica really needs to do better! Having ATMs not working at multiple locations along with limiting hours/employees to be able to assist is causing such an inconvenience to a lot of people! Especially not notifying customers ahead of atms that are non-functional.

Hey @BankofAmerica - a wire transfer via the mobile app didn’t go through, confirmed by customer service that there are issues w/ wires going through, so why offer a faulty service? We have a real estate deal pending on this wire. Horrible service for a loyal customer.
Once again @BankofAmerica website is having issues. The make transfer button won't engage after all the information has been entererd.

@BofA_Help I made an international wire transfer from my business account about 2 months ago and the money never hit the account I was sending it to and the money was never returned. I am outside of the country. Who can I contact to try to solve this problem? Let me know

So this is interesting @BankofAmerica has my checking account balance off. They said they are having problems with a lot of accounts. They only say there working on it but I have 2 checks out. So let me tell you how this will play out. 1/2
