My @Bell home internet randomly went down with error code 2000. no amount of reboots are fixing it.

Outages: reported Bell outages in Toronto the past 2days. Bell didn't not report anything to the #CRTC. Bell has reported outages 2 weeks *after the fact*, contrary to CRTC directions. Conclusion: The CRTC is a muppet, good for nothing. Telco's call the shots.

Thirteen days ago I called @Bell_Business to have my internet speed increased. Three Bell reps & 90+ minutes on the phone have told me they can’t validate our business address (yet the bills keep arriving) and promise to escalate the problem to EOM Level 2. Crickets🤬

Instead of doing what they were supposed to do, Bell purposely delayed the outage reporting and is now using the reporting as a podium to ask for new legislation.

Ok @Rogers brand new Ignite Internet customer here and I’ve been on hold for more than 6 hours this week trying to get my issues resolved. Beyond frustrated with your level of service in addressing my issues. How do I cancel so I can give Bell a shot at getting it right?
