@JagexSupport my account has still been banned for a year and i never did anything wrong with my account, i got banned for using google chrome remote to afk ammonite crabs and it flagged me as botting i have been trying to contact u and never got any reply to emails please help

@JagexSupport I can't make another appeal. My account was banned for macroing by a family member playing on it. I take full responsibility.. they shouldn't have been onto it. I'm hoping that one day, your team will reconsider giving a second chance. I don't mind being skill reset. Very sorry.

@JagexSupport I contacted you about an account recovery for which I received a response to provide a new email to recover my account. However, it's been 2 weeks since I sent a reply and I get an email back saying they haven't heard from me. My ticket ID number is #5153216

@JagexSupport The game has been working fine for me until about an hour ago after I attempted to re log in. Never had this issue before and am not using any sort of VPN. Please help?! I dont know how to resolve this issue and cant find anything online

@JagexSupport Please help, I have logged into my account and me to create a Jagex one so I did that and then when I launched I can’t find my old character account, this should be imported but it just asks me to create a new character?? Where is my old account character???

@JagexSupport it's been 1 week since I tried to switch between computers. A 10 second action has had my account locked for 7 days and you've done nothing to help. I've tried to unlock my account and change my email at least 15 times this week, what have you done to help me?

@JagexSupport Hello, my personal email had been stolen a few days ago and they managed to enter Jagex launcher and change the email for the account. I have already made 2 tickets #5161683, #5162910 and they still do not answer me, I have all the evidence in the email

@JagexSupport I have been attempting to recover an alt with very detailed info only to be continuously denied. I've even included runelite level photos, IP/hostname info, all original details, all to no avail. Kindly requesting manual review. Thanks #OSRS #runescape @OldSchoolRS

@JagexSupport Yes it’s on somebody else’s account now. I don’t see why you can’t remove the name from them and give back to me because this was caused by a bug and out of my hands. 20000 hours with this rsn. Cheers,
