Just finished with @zapier support. All my zaps using Wordpress have been broken since 4/12. Support just let me know yes, it's a zapier issue and DEV is aware. No ETA on a fix @zapierstatus. So, if you're troubleshooting, you might want to open a ticket with @zapier.
