why do samsung phones require a pin to shut down??

My Samsung Galaxy A53 failed completely in just 3 years. Factory reset done, phone shuts down under minimal use. Service centre says “motherboard issue, buy a new phone.” Is this reliability? @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

It's been more than a 2 weeks my curve app not working while switch into samsung pay to curve they asked some documents , I provided those, moreover i mail the support team still they are not responding me well one of the worst customer service I had @AskCurveUSA @AskCurve

I Sometimes Wonder, Why: Xiaomi doesn't improve their Customer Service and OTA in India. Samsung doesn't Give Consideration to Display issues. There are new brands reaching peak and then doing some bs and coming down the same way. OnePlus Makes Good Phone for 2 Years then 📉

I got android (and specifically samsung) pilled earlier this year and dont think im going back to iOS unless Apple can bring about a significant change - may need a new CEO at this point with software quality going down the drain every year

Hey @netflix — fix this. On Android (Galaxy Ultra device), your site forces us into the app. Edge, Chrome, Samsung Internet… none allow direct browser playback/desktop mode. We want choice: let us stream in mobile browsers like every other service. Stop locking users down.

Samsung device are one of the best device to use when on x cuz it gives you more advantage than the main iPhone from writing down to the test to speech down to the interface like the way is made is literally very smart when making of it on x

What is going on with @CNBC 's app update, on Android Samsung the market numbers are overlapping, total daily & up/down number. This just happened a couple of days ago after an app update. I deleted & reinstalled, same issue.

Samsung phones are so needy and nagging, "charge your phone," few minutes later, "low battery," few minutes later, "please charge your phone," well I'm also not being charged so can we all just calm down.

My @SamsungMobile phone keeps doing this really annoying thing. I get a notification, swipe down from the top to get to the notifications to dismiss it, and the particular notification I've just got opens the app in an unusable mini screen format. I NEVER WANT THAT, SAMSUNG. FFS.
