Ok @Rogers brand new Ignite Internet customer here and I’ve been on hold for more than 6 hours this week trying to get my issues resolved. Beyond frustrated with your level of service in addressing my issues. How do I cancel so I can give Bell a shot at getting it right?

Called @rogers a few days ago to confirm no internet contract. Rep said no. Installed Bell. Called today to cancel, rep says I have contract.Escalated to manager, said can't wave $15/month to end of contract.He said rep was mistaken. Should have asked for proof. Check recordings!

Another epic fail by @Bell in Halifax. Power outage, didn't last too long, but of course cellular data also completely conked out. As usual.

My internet has been down for an hour. I’m in west Toronto near the 427 highway. Bell support says there is an outage in my area and added my # to the affected list. FYI for anybody else experiencing issues around here.

This dumb bell and a pull up bar is literally all i have to work with for now lol. I am very open to any ideas if y’all are down to share some workouts. Id do just about anything….well….almost anything
