I love being on the phone with @TELUSsupport for almost 2 hours and @TELUS doesn’t rectify a problem they caused.

It's funny, @TELUSsupport @TELUS home issues impossible to talk to a live operator, say business account, talked to Nolan in 20 secs. Asked for operator ID so I can record whom I am talking too, not allowed but they can know every living thing about you.

Is something down @TELUS ? Internet has barely been working the past hour north of edmonton. Kinda getting annoyeddddddddd already. Have reset everything 5 times and still nothing. Great when it works for all of 5 min before going back into lag city , what a joke

Phone Issues - Call Drops Please be aware that TELUS is experiencing an issue, which is impacting our phone systems at Town facilities. This is causing sudden call drops or busy signals. TELUS is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.

This is actually much more tidy than what #Telus did for me. 🤣 Day 19, still intermittent internet. The neighour's Telus tech fixed their exact same issue, my 4 techs just keep giving me new boosters. 🤷‍♀️

Having a Telus outage as I’m getting off the plane in Pearson about to drive to my hotel in Kitchener was not what I had planned for today. That was the most stressful 2 hours 😅
