Hi @CWeston_Indo, any word on issues with the @bankofireland online app today that you have heard of? Getting blocked out of app, resetting the PIN and still no use. Seen a few people on here with similar issues. @talktoBOI

@talktoBOI According to the Internet BOI mobile app is out since 14/4 🤬 I can't long on on main website as I deleted app and redownloaded it and can't geg back in so can't approve anything and need to pay people. It's broken!

I'm having the exact same issue here @talktoBOI @bankofireland All morning trying to access the app. Have been blocked out and reset the PIN several times but to no avail. Terrible

Our online banking has now been restored for customers. There was a technical issue this afternoon which required us to take it offline while we fixed the problem. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to our customers today.

With the amount of money @bankofireland charges in fees, wouldn't you think they'd at least pretend to invest in their own tech? @IrishTimes @irishexaminer @Independent_ie @thejournal_ie - BOI app & online services down *yet again*! @talktoBOI

When you’re in Cork and looking forward to a couple of hours’ wandering and book shopping…and the @talktoBOI app is down! My bookshelves will be grateful, I guess!

Im in the same position as most it seems as the @talktoBOI app has crashed and not working. I understand tech crash’s etc but it’s a bank and 2024 and not really acceptable anymore when people are relying on this in what is a cashless society.
