Despite seeing lots of problems of customers and their complaints on Twitter, I will say that #Swiggy @SwiggyInstamart is working very well in #KOLKATA. Any kind of issues, either app help section is working, or, Twitter team is resolving issues for us. And, they're fast at it.

Hi @SwiggyCares Why orders are always late and cold? You r now charging platform fees as well. My order is late by 15 minutes and delivery person is not responding. Support team is not able to do anything
