Also @CityPowerJhb why is your sms notification system for when tickets are raised booking? Please check with your provider why no sms’s are sent when tickets are logged/resolved, least for MTN users I know it’s not working.

Saxonwold/Parkwood outage update Forest Town Switching Station: Rosebank distributor affecting Saxonwold, Rosebank and surrounds. The team is currently working on isolating the Link Cabinet. This will enable them to restore customers through backfeeding. @CityPowerJhb
