So @hydroquebec comes to my area to fix a power outage at 2.30pm after being reported around 11.30am. They fix it, I see the crew. They leave. And power cut again. One would think they would turn around after they do their work. But that’s too simple. So we still wait.

Anderson Island - Davenport Outage Update - Thank you for the calls and we are aware of the tree down on Davenport. The crew will need to install a new pole, wire & transformer. Restoration time is estimated for 5:30 pm tonight.

8/29/25 Pacific City Outage Update: The crew has restored power to as many customers as possible. Customers who are without power will remain without power until repairs to the broken pole can be completed. The estimated time for power restoration to the area is 2:45 a.m.

Anderson Island - A current power outage on the island will require the crew to turn off the northern end of the island to make repairs. safely. We anticipate restoration within two hours.

Outage- Donald Drive and Reginald Please be advised theirs a tree on our secondary line on Donald Drive. To remove the tree and restore power, the crew requires an outage for 20min on Donald and Reginald. Crews are onsite now!

5:40PM - Power is restored, the crew received a report of a car hitting a pole and driving off. They patrolled and didn’t find any damage. The overhead phases may have snapped upon impact which caused the outage. Thank you for your patience!

8:15 a.m.- The crew has to replace a piece of equipment that failed during the outage. They are going to cut power from the state park at Lilliwaup up to Duckabush Road to make the repair and then will bring everyone back online. Thank you for your patience!
