why wouldn't you authenticate my account via text after multiple tries @Ticketmaster ? I couldn't even get the OPTION to authenicate my account except via the app and even then I kept getting an "error". I thought you wanted me to spend money and buy tickets through your platform

Finally got into the @o2 priority presale by using Microsoft Edge on a laptop and opening the @TicketmasterCS link in a new window. App and Priority site still not working. Thank *** this wasn’t Depeche Mode or I would have jumped out the window.

Ticketmaster had major queue issues once again, people tried to join and instead of letting people enter, it would just spin. Ticketmaster really needs to get their head out of their *****. Their system to get tickets to fans is dog ****.
