Calls coming in and going out very slow to connect and dropping. May be due to increase volume with the Sturgis Rally going on?

Tracfone is unable to process payments and reactivate accounts. This is day 2 and customer service is unable to process the payment as well. I was told other customers are experiencing this issue as well and it could take 3 days.
