why does @uber have the most abysmal customer support. the app has an unhelpful chat ai and legit most of the support pages on their website is down. its like they want you to rip your skin off and take your money

Growing up in Europe we are used to walk a lot so when I can just go down and walk less than 10 minutes in a big city and have a bunch of restaurant and other nice businesses so close It’s truly a dream come thru Somehow other people still Uber everywhere anyway tho
