Hi @UberEats, when you tell someone that you'll refund their ORDER.... and then only refund part of it (not even covering the cost of 1 item), is it customary to close my support convo down without response/without reading when i'm querying where the rest of my refund is?!?!

The annoying thing with @UberEats @ubereats_uk is that there are missed items, late deliveries etc and it’s simply down to human error which happens. But failing to provide a good customer support experience is such a flaw that becomes more frustrating than the actual issues.

Using your service from years , and no doubt it’s getting down day by day , waiting for customer service representatives to reply from last 45minutes and no reply , food is cold and wasted . #UberEats better to switch to other services.

So I’ve been using @UberEats for many years mostly due to lack of other alternatives and their quality of service has gone down so badly. I maybe have a one off instances where I have to cancel the order as it keeps getting delayed beyond an hour. They charged me the complete
