@UbisoftSupport my email address has been changed without me knowing and i now have zero access to my account at all. i can’t reset my password or anything. i’ve made 2 cases regarding this and am yet to hear back at all. Can i get a DM or something to sort this ASAP

@UbisoftSupport Ok played the game up until Basim is asked to do his first assignment. I saved the game then proceeded to exit to desktop upon which AMD reported a crash. I did a restart before anything froze and my MSI controller started buzzing like crazy. Clearly something isn't right.

@Rainbow6Game @UbisoftSupport Is ubisoft still having a influx of cases being made? Been waiting for a response regarding a pretty urgent case (20573297) since my account has been hacked so I can't access any ubi game at all but I've recieved no response at all.

@UbisoftSupport cant link new ps account as it just keeps saying relink the old one and two support cases havent had a reply yet , is anyone able to actually help rather then me wait longer

Hey @UbisoftSupport Zombi U on Wii U pops up an online service no longer available notification every single time the game boots up. I know the servers are now down but please change this so the notification doesn't pop every time the game boots. It's kind of annoying.

The last ubisoft game I’m buying is rayman origins. Until they fix their joke of a company, I refuse to buy another game from them.

@Rainbow6Game I stopped playing after 90 games because if I were to win a game I would get 10 (RP) but if I lose I would take 40 (RP) away, honestly it's not worth continuing to play. this 2.0 rated system is destroying both people and the game. @UbisoftSupport @Rainbow6Game
