Is Uplay Down Right Now?

@UbisoftSupport i cant log into my uplay account because 2FA is blocking me, but i have no email for recovery codes

UPlay might genuinely have worse servers than Epic. Com Cup, and Go4 both been cancelled bc of a stupid glitch. Kms immediately

Well I'm tending to play the go4 today but seems like uplay is not working properly and I can't find a team yet too. No go4 today I guess.
