Hey @AirCanada is your payment system in the app and website currently down? I'm trying to pay for flights, 5 different credit cards (amex, visa, Mastercard), even tried different browsers. Nothing works. The flight has plenty of seats available according to your phone support.

Cards I spend 6 figures a month with all just got limits put down to nearly 0 @AmexBusiness I lost one card, got replacement card, used it as normal, hit “make payment” and Amex somehow disconnected Chase bank account The payment got returned because you somehow disconnected

After talking to customer service at Citi, I think Amex could triple their fee and I'd still pay it. Down tremendous.

Worst experience with @AmericanExpress ! Zero use of being loyal to them. One small delay in KYC and authentication, and the entire card is cancelled with all my points (=8.5 lac points) going down the drain.

AT&T is fraudulently billing me for cell service they were unable to provide b/c tower transponders down. I cancelled. I even got a call from their President's Office apologizing. Yet, 30 mins ago, they posted another $106.+ charge to my Amex Plat. Which dispute office is closed.
