Trying to buy credits from Bengaluru, India using various cards (Visa, Amex) but keep facing this error. Checked with my bank and it doesn’t seem to be an issue on their end. @OpenAI, can you help?

AMEX has to have the worst, most difficult customer service smh. I cannot recall once not having an issue dealing with them.

Im regularly accidentally moving apps around and deleting them on my iPhone. It's quite annoying. Right now I can't for the life of me figure out where my AMEX app has moved. It's there because I can find it and use it when I search 😣😂

Disappointed with @Chase travel product. I canceled flight for credits, can't use them on their site. 2 hours on phone, support sees the error but can't fix it. Next day, flights sold out. No solution or refund from Chase. Considering switching to @AmericanExpress #traveltroubles

Hey @AmericanExpress -- Your gift card site has been down all day so far. Giftee cannot even access the card. Not a good look for you guys or people giving your cards as gifts . . . . 😠😠😠 Not a good idea to purchase AmEx gift cards apparently.

Issues with @AmericanExpress in Spain. They offered me their Platinum card. Got approval email on Feb.5th, if in 10 days I didn’t have the card on the mail I should call. So I had to call, and the agent said card was not approved yet. Not looking very serious. Should I cancel?
