OK @LADWP, @ATT is blaming the LA internet outage on you saying they're waiting on you to supply them with power to their lines. The request was sent to you on 4/8. What's the hold up? The outage is on day 9. My neighborhood has had no internet for over 8 days. Fix this!!!

ATT talking about some of my personal information leaked via email + the data outage last month. I feel like 50% off on my next bill would be fair

I’m so over the ****** service that I’m getting with AT&T. Service went down 24hrs ago and they’ve yet to fix this issue. I keep getting told they will fix it and the expected times went from 9:30am to 9:13 am yet here it is 10am and I still can’t do my work @ATT is disappointing

Hey @ATT! You have someone out there pretending to be you and asking for $617 before they fix my internet service which has been down for 8 days. They can clone your phone number and name so it looks like it’s you calling. Be aware!! Btw, I’m not paying for you to fix this.

.@ATT Day 8 with no internet service. I was told it was going to be fixed today by 1:00, then 4:00. It’s now past 4. Still not up. Totally unacceptable. I guess I’ll start looking for a new internet service provider. Tell me where to send my equipment.

Anybody with AT&T have issues calling out?

AT&T charges a monthly fee for your service, and they make you fix your own problems when you're having issues with your phone connection by telling you to restart your phone, and that's their solution. Hmmm. 🤔

I need my credit @ATT my internet is down and it’s on autopay and I need to work! Also, your IVR system is cumbersome!! It’s literally making me irrationally upset!

The ATT 911 outage has been resolved. Landlines are again working for 911 calls. Thank you.

Due to an outage with AT&T, phone lines for all schools and the central office are currently down. As a result, we cannot receive incoming calls at this time. If you need to send an important message to the school, please email the school principal.

Why is @ATT throttling service to @fuboTV Literally everything else is working on my network at super fast speeds. Fubo works 100% on my T-Mobile cell service. So it’s not a Fubo issue. Who in the c-suite at AT&T is trying to squash Fubo #attfiber #fubo #throttling #jerks

My @ATT Internet went down for a minute the other night. While diagnosing the issue, their AI service bot decided I needed new equipment. It arrived today. It doesn’t work. Old stuff is exactly the same. It works. I’ll be using that and sending their “new” junk back.

Hey @ATT I ported 5 lines from a different wireless vendor online and was told Activation Fees were waved on the online. Technical issues caused phone support to “redo” the order and now I’m stuck with a lot of activation fees. I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. Help!

What gives with cell phone service down. Eastern Ohio by WV and PA. NO phone service,Verizon, AT&T, and of course the ones that use their towers like Tracfone, Straight talk and such. Anybody else? Is it National AGAIN?

With a national cell phone outage today, AT&T, Verizon, tMobile, and mine Tracfone. They report no outage problems online , but WTF they still do not work.

AT&T has about 3.5 hours to restore this internet outage before I start calling and screaming like a madwoman, “THERES A **** OU SOFTBALL GAME ON!!”

Wow At&t.... I have not been a customer of any service owned by At&t in over 10 years. They even screwed me over when I worked for them 14 years ago. I bet that outage that happened recently is tied to this. Clowns. #At&t.
