Is AT&T having a service outage? ❌

The AT&T worker never came to fix the wifi

I normally HIGHLY recommend AT&T Fiber Internet service but this is the third month in a row I've been OVERCHARGED on my bill and am going to have to call in to support to get a credit on my bill for a RETURNED Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service device... wtf @ATT lets fix this

AT&T has the worst ducking internet istg this would be the 5th ******* time somebody gotta come to my house tf am I paying a bill for if I can’t use it efficiently without problems

Hey @ATT @ATTHelp Thanks for limiting the special characters I can use in my account password. That's so very not helpful at all. Maybe fix your database so your customers aren't limited this way? That'd be helpful. 😐

Wow !! Our phone line has been out for 3 weeks. Again @ATT claims a tech is working on it & will come out, but nothing is ever resolved and no one ever comes. Today their rep and automated service had conflicting updates which lets me know the outage at my address isnt a priority

My Internet has been down all day. ATT coming in morning.🙄 unless it has reset itself while I have been out, I won’t be in touch until tomorrow. @DaveFultonWrang 🙏🏻❤️🙄

AT&T C-Band Speed! 😂 More like 3G speeds! Antenna is down the road @SneedTech this is what I was talking about yesterday.

I swear @GetSpectrum is an *** company. Outages at a ******* minimum twice a week. Paying near $100 for your **** *** "fiber" connection. ******* bought out all of the competition in my area leaving the only other ****** alternative AT&T.

@CoxComm I have spent an hour two separate times on your chat with someone trying to resolve an IT issue with my account statements. They are not escalating it to get the error fixed please help or I’ll jump over to @ATT gladly to change to them as a provider. So frustrating.
