Is Best Buy down? ❌

chat i bought a macbook air brand new from @BestBuy in 2022 and recently was kicked out of it with a prompt saying it was owned by @Starbucks how do i fix issue anyone pls.

Anyone else had problems dealing with @BestBuyCanada /@BestBuySupport ?

DO NOT buy appliances @BestBuy. Ordered 5 mo ago. Nothing showed up on delivery date. 2 weeks & 15+ hours on phone with @BestBuySupport + in store. Given new date after "de-sync" issues (twice). No delivery. Appliances still missing. Nobody can escalate to anyone who can fix.🤦🏼‍♂️

Is it 3:18am? Yes. Have I been trying to fix the dead @msiUSA motherboard I bought from @BestBuySupport since 11pm? Yes. @GeekSquad appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

Very disappointed with @BestBuy and @GeekSquad. Have been waiting a week for an appt to fix dishwasher and they cancel today with no notice! Terrible customer service!

I got off work, got on the iMac & tried to restore my phone. It wouldn’t work. I then went to @TMobile &they couldn’t help me. They recommended I go to @BestBuy , & @GeekSquad was finally able to fix my phone after 3 attempts.

.@BestBuy and @GeekSquad are horrendous. I've been trying to get my tablet fixed for months and they won't do anything unless I have a protection plan or membership. Whatever happened to my device is broken…you fix devices…you fix my broken device? BOOO! #bestbuysucks

Hey @BestBuy @BestBuySupport why everytime I preorder games with a steelbook for pickup at store. Do I always have issues getting the steelbook? Currently at store trying to pick up my game and they won’t give me the steelbook that they have because it’s not tied to my order 🙃

Hey @BestBuy don’t offer @Apple pay if you won’t accept it fix your stupid site ! Took 15 mins verification codes emails countless signing in and out to process a simple payment for an item.

So @BestBuy cancelled my Amiibo order, then sent me an email saying they were giving me a $15 gift card as an apology. One problem: That yellow box is not clickable. Can we fix this, @BestBuySupport, or is the apology all I'm getting?

I recommend against buying open-box items at @BestBuy. They did not include the monitor stand with my monitor, but @BestBuySupport will not help with it because I'm a little past the return window. (I hate to admit that I've had better customer support from Bezos's company!)
