#Chromecast @Google Chromecast was down with the untrusted error...I did a factory reset and that didn't help. It's been a week. When is the fix ?

The way @madebygoogle @google is handling (or lack thereof) this #Chromecast outage is an actual PR nightmare. Like the lack of communication, accountability, and steadfastness is so ******* egregious. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

friend and i were supposed to finally watch iwtv s1 finale and s2 ep 1 last night but the chromecast is still down 😭 ,,, hopefully by next week it works ???

If you reset Chromecast audio. I did below to return in cast status. 1 set phone in Aeroplane mode 2 set date manully to 8th Mar. 3 pair again in G Home 4 Turn off Aplane mode & set auto date Obviously cast not working but now it shows in Spotify. Its ready to accept fixes.

Chromecast. Whenever anyone anywhere, buys anything, we expect a bit of permanence, lasting until its parts or components become defective. Why TF is my cared for maintained Chromecast not working. Where was the notice its operation is temporary? That wasn't noted at purchase.
