Day 2 of working from hotspot because Comcast felt the need to “upgrade” the box in my front yard last week. It’s been spotty since they did it but it has been down since yesterday morning aside from a short window where they were actively tinkering with it. Thanks @Xfinity 💀

Hey @quantumfiber @CenturyLink if you’re going to have an outage (again, 3rd time in 3 months) and send an email sayings it’s backup at least make sure it works first. Worst isp I’ve had and when you’re worst than @comcast , that’s saying something.

Comcast decided to do maintenance a few weeks after a fiber company laid new infrastructure so I was down and unable to work. So it forced me to setup my starlink again, and holy wow! Doing pretty good now

My internet (comcast) isn't working, and I want to scream and cry. Life is so ****** and I just want to watch a movie. It goes from not working for hours, to working for a few minutes, back to not working. And then it might work with wildly fluctuating speeds.

Hey @comcast @Xfinity Comcast has created a system where calling them when service is down and filing a complaint is almost impossible. They push everyone, seniors especially at risk, to what is a terrible app.

Among the annoyances my children subject me to, their use of “WiFi” to describe internet connectivity is among the worst. No, the WiFi isn’t down when you’re outside your cell service coverage; no, WiFi isn’t down when the hardwired computer can’t connect because Comcast sucks.😡
