Why is the Internet going down at 11:30AM????? @COMCAST @POTUS RIDICULOUS. they're not capable of running networks in this country apparently.

Day two without internet. Comcast/xfinity not only can't fix it, they won't let me cancel service. So I put a stop payment/fraud flag on any charges from them, I'm returning the modem next week, and I have T-Mobile giving me internet for $40/month. Do. Not. ****. With. Me.

The only comparable experience is ssh’ing in to fix a production outage from a Comcast network. (They are gonna be SALTY when this tweet finishes rendering for them in three months.)

Another day, another long running @comcast internet outage. If customers could sue for outages during business hours, I’d bet that the network quality would be much stronger. Invest in your infrastructure instead of stock buybacks.

For the better part of two weeks, we have been having a cable and internet outage. It happens at the SAME TIME from about 10:30 pm to around 9:30 to 10:30 the next morning. @Comcast says they don’t know why. Got a new modem and changed the port(?) STILL OUT! 🤬😭

Is the MASN audio issue specific to KC, or is this going to continue? I don't know anything abt audio, I'm just a fan who pays a lot of money to Comcast to be able to watch two MASN channels that are unwatchable right now.

Well after 90 mins on the phone with Comcast … finally getting a tech out. No faith they will resolve the issues since this has happened twice before and it’s always an issue at the node. How do we all feel about ATT Fiber? Cuz I’m switching unless he fixes it within 2 days.

#verizon does anyone else internet suck with Verizon? It’s supposedly faster than comcast but Hulu and PlayStation keep lagging. I think we need to switch back never had a problem before

Spending an hour in a Comcast store to change services sucked my soul dry. Then I came home and had no Internet so another 45 minutes with an online CSR, who kept thanking me for being nice and patient. He was so effusive I wondered what he experiences daily.

Ok seriously @comcast the internet being down all morning for “planned maintenance” that nobody was told about IS NOT GOOD!!!!!

Spend all day dealing with Comcast. Months of outages. Tech replaces everything.. Then the entire area goes offline for the majority of the day. Yay.

While Comcast was here working my internet was down for like 30 min. Why my neighbor go outside and ask dude to keep it down all day cuz he don't feel like working 🤣🤣🤣

Dear Comcast in my area: The fact it is taking you now 3+ weekdays to do whatever work is not playing nice with those of us who WORK FROM HOME. I pay for my mobile data when you take my Internet. Immense dislike for your inability to plan a single day outage.

Anytime we have mildly bad weather my internet takes a ****. In all my life have never had an issue with Comcast Internet. Now it feels like it did back in the satellite internet days.
