We had a car dealership had to get comcast to fix their internet because it was down, so they subcontracted a company which subcontracted a company which subcontracted a company which subcontracted that company to fix it, and yet they ended up failing to get services working

My internet feels quite slow today. Modem logs shows repeated errors. Check the Comcast status page... sure enough, no outage, but "scheduled maintenance" tonight at 2 AM, with service interruption. Frak.

Comcast may be a **** company, but I can’t believe this latest egregious act. They actually didn’t contact Phil before the power outage to let him know his Internet would go out. Doesn’t Comcast know Phil has a legitimate business to run??? Don’t they get it?

Look I hated comcast back in the day (like idk 20 something years ago when I had their cable) but xfinity internet ROCKS. I was just panicking bc my internet was out and within like 3 or 4 minutes it was BACK. (even w/the "there is no outage in your area" message lol)
