Literally have just being trying to replace a cracked remote control for 2 days with @CoxComm and still can’t get it down. 2 phone calls later. Unreal level of bad service

I wish @CoxComm would stop dropping my service; since 2 nights ago at 3:00am US-East, the internet goes out for like hours until I fall asleep… I was playing @RocketLeague that hour before the outage, and it gets me in a bad mood for why the internet goes out.

I don't get if @tmobile shuts my phones down for at $600 bill, ok that's a high bill for family, it's a couple months late, I get it, but @CoxComm shuts my internet down for $60, which only 30 of it was past due, I was going to pay it Friday and working hard for a paycheck is a
