Restarting this. Day one of begging @ATTHelp @ATT to run fiber literally across the street to my house. @CoxComm internet goes down more than a hooker with rent due tomorrow.

Well @CoxComm certainly has impeccable timing. I will give them that. As Cityside Fiber is at my house, preparing to connect me to their Internet service, *** service experienced yet another outage. Further justification that I am doing the right thing by kicking *** to the curb.

Thanks, @CoxHelp. Thanks for pulling the plug on the WiFi just as the biggest hockey game in 15 years was going to overtime. Thanks for bringing it back 2 minutes too late. 2nd big outage this week. Calling @Verizon tomorrow. We need reliability. You don’t provide it.

I don’t usually tweet, but @CoxComm needs to provide more transparency regarding the internet outage. I’ve been without internet for nearly 48 hours, and I am frustrated with how poorly this situation has been communicated.

Maybe @elonmusk can get rid of @CoxComm because they don't credit anyone when their service is down several times a week for hours at a time. They shouldn't corner the market in areas who should be free to get any internet provider they want!

Omg @CoxComm what has happened to cause an outage for 12 hours!?! Did something blow up?!? It's been down since 1230 this afternoon and I just got a text saying it won't be back until 1230 am. If that cause every 4 hours I get another text saying it'll take even longer!

I absolutely love @CoxComm. My internet goes down weekly at least, speeds haven't improved in like 8 years (max 30mbit upload is comical), and my bill increases nearly month over month. It's now $160/mo. Best part? Total monopoly. No alternative.

Day 4 of *** Internet outage for a huge number of residents my city. They won't tell me details. The phone number won't even let me talk to anyone. It says it won't help it get fixed any sooner. Amazing. Probably incompetence is all I can assume. @CoxComm

Robinhood charged my bank twice for crypto and I have a screen recording, *** cable does a “planned outage” (but doesn’t notify me) during the prime trading times. Yeah I’m switching from both of these trash companies. Neither customer service reps did anything to help
